1. At Nothing Changes, we are committed to ensuring your satisfaction with every purchase. If you are not entirely satisfied, we are here to help with our return and exchange policy.
Eligibility for Returns and Exchanges
1. Items must be returned within 4 days of receiving your order.
2. The item must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and in its original condition.
3. If the item has body odor or any signs of wear, the return will be rejected.
4. All original tags, packaging, and receipts must be included.
5. Certain items such as customized and pre-order products are not eligible for returns or exchanges.
6. Items are allowed for return & exchange based on product availability.
7. Items purchased during clearance or promotional sales are not allowed for return/refund/exchange.
8. Please note that we reserve the right to reject any return that does not meet these requirements.
How to Initiate a Return or Exchange
1. Email our support team at nothingchanges.official@gmail.com to request a return or exchange.
2. Include your order number, item(s) you wish to return or exchange, and the reason for your request.
3. Once return/exchange approved, we’ll send instructions and the return address.
Return Shipping
1. Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the item is defective or incorrect.
2. We recommend using a trackable shipping method to ensure your item is safely returned.
Processing Time
1. Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it and notify you if it's approved/rejected.
2. Approved returns will be refunded via your store credit amount within within 1-2 business days.
3. Exchanges will be processed and shipped within 2-3 business days after approval.
Defective or Damaged Items
1. If you receive defective item, email us immediately at nothingchanges.official@gmail.com with photos and videos of the item and packaging.
2. We will replace the item or issue a refund at no additional cost to you in store credit amount.
Important Notes
1. To ensure transparency and assist with any potential claims, we kindly request that you record an unboxing video before opening your package. This video will serve as verification of the item's condition and completeness upon receipt. Please note that in the event of a complaint, we may not be able to process your claim without supporting video evidence. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation.
---- Record the video clearly, starting from opening the sealed, package until you finished inspecting the product for its quality defect, completeness, and any necessary inspections.
---- We do not accept video of:
- Package that has been opened
- Repacked package
- Discontinuous video
- Edited video
2. Nothing Changes may deny returns or exchanges if items do not meet the requirements of our policy.
3. Please allow sufficient time for processing during peak seasons or holidays.
