1. At Nothing Changes, we are committed to ensuring your satisfaction with every purchase. If you are not entirely satisfied, we are here to help with our return and exchange policy. 

Eligibility for Returns and Exchanges

Thank you for supporting NOTHING CHANGES. Because our collections are produced in exclusive, limited quantities, we kindly ask that you read the policy below before placing an order.



1) General Rule: No Returns / No Cash Refunds

All purchases are final. We do not offer returns, refunds, or store credit for:
• Change of mind
• Wrong size selection; exchanges are allowed but subject to availability
• Preference on fit, fabric, or colour
• Slight colour differences due to lighting/screen settings
• Minor measurement differences (tolerance of ±1–2 cm)
• Delivery delays or courier handling after dispatch



2) Return & Exchange Options (Subject to Availability)

If your claim is approved, we will offer return/exchange options based on stock availability:

A) Exchange (Preferred option)
• Exchange for the same item (same design/colour/size) if available.

B) Alternative Exchange (If original is sold out)
• Exchange to another available item of equal value.

Important: All exchanges are only allowed once per order.



3) Exception: Defective or Wrong Item Received

Returns and exchanges for the same design or another design of the same value are also allowed if the item is defective or if you received the wrong item. Store credit refund will only be applicable if the preferred exchange option is unavailable due to stock availability.

Defect means a manufacturing fault that affects wearability (e.g., major stitching issue, obvious fabric defect, broken zipper).
Not considered defects:
• Loose threads (can be trimmed)
• Minor stitching irregularities
• Minor differences in print/texture due to batch variation
• Slight measurement differences (±1–2 cm)
• Colour differences due to lighting/editing/screens

All cases are subject to verification and approval by NOTHING CHANGES.



4) Strict Requirement: Full Unboxing Video (Non-Edited)

To request any return, exchange, store credit, or resolution for defective/wrong items, you must provide a full unboxing video that meets ALL requirements:

The video must be:
• One continuous recording (no cuts)
• Non-edited (no filters, speed changes, overlays, or stitched clips)
• Clearly showing:
1. Parcel sealed before opening
2. Shipping label/waybill visible
3. Opening the parcel and inner packaging
4. Item(s) fully removed and shown clearly
5. Close-up of the defect/wrong item

⚠️ No unboxing video = no claim will be processed.



5) Reporting Timeframe

Please report any issues within 72 hours of delivery (based on courier tracking marked “delivered”).
Claims submitted after 72 hours may be rejected.



6) Refunds & Store Credit Rules

• No cash refunds will be issued for any reason.
• No store credit will be issued for general returns/exchanges.
• Store credit is ONLY provided for approved defective item or wrong item received cases when an exchange is not possible due to stock unavailability.

Store credit terms (for defective items or wrong item received only):
• Credit amount: equal to the item value paid (excluding shipping, unless stated otherwise)
• Validity: No expiration
• One-time use only
• Non-transferable and not redeemable for cash



7) Return Conditions (Item Must Be in Original Condition)

Any approved return/exchange must be:
• Unworn, unwashed, and unaltered
• With original tags attached
• Free from stains, perfume/deodorant, makeup marks, pet hair, or damage
• Returned with original packaging

Items that fail inspection may be rejected and returned to the customer (shipping fees may apply).



8) Shipping Fees & Return Process

• Return shipping fees are typically borne by the customer unless stated otherwise by NOTHING CHANGES.
• We strongly recommend using a trackable courier.
• NOTHING CHANGES is not responsible for parcels lost/damaged during return shipping.
• Reshipping fees for exchanged items may apply depending on destination.



9) How to Request a Return/Exchange

Include:
1. Order number
2. Full name
3. Clear photos of the issue
4. Full non-edited unboxing video
5. Description of the issue + requested option (exchange / alternative exchange)

We review cases within 3–7 working days and will guide you on the next steps if approved.



10) Inspection & Final Decision

All returned items will be inspected upon arrival. We reserve the right to reject a request if:
• The unboxing video is missing/edited/incomplete
• The item shows signs of wear, washing, alteration, or damage after delivery
• The issue does not qualify as a defect
• The returned item does not match what was sent



11) Sale / Promo Items

Sale and promo items follow the same policy:
• No refunds
• Exchange only if defective/wrong item (subject to availability)
• Unboxing video required



12) Policy Updates

NOTHING CHANGES may update this policy at any time. The latest version published on our official channels will apply to future orders.
